Bahan-bahan:

  • 150 gr jamur enoki, dibersihkan dan dipotong mengikuti garis tengahnya
  • 100 gr tepung beras
  • 50 gr tepung sagu
  • 1/2 sdt lada bubuk
  • 1 sdt garam
  • 1/2 sdt bawang putih bubuk
  • 250 ml air dingin
  • Minyak goreng secukupnya untuk menggoreng

Petunjuk:
